One of the biggest problems we have today entering the post Covid era is staff engagement and commitment. Companies entering Q1 2022 do not have funds for financial incentive schemes in order to get employees engaged and committed to helping the business find its way back into financial stability.

The most important asset in any business is the people and they should be defined as decision makers, where they have a say how the business is run.
Business survival in 2022 heavily relies on collective thinking and information gathering so you can maintain a competitive edge during times of financial difficulty and extreme low morale. Change the way people look at job roles so you create strong teams of confident decision makers who feel they are part of creating change and taking ownership of situations. The benefits are staff turning up for work feeling like they have a percentage ownership of the business and will go all out for its survival.
A business requires internal energy and drive so by implementing swarm intelligence you empower the people and create decision makers.
